Spring Bock is a German style Maibock. It’s a lighter, hoppier take on the classic Bock, a a family of strong, malty lagers that undergo extended aging to mellow out their bold flavors. Traditionally brewed in winter and unveiled in spring, Maibock’s are patiently aged to smooth out their bold flavors.
 
Spring Bock is the beer equivalent of fresh-baked brioche bread. Expect a spritzy, fresh hop character perfectly balancing malty layers of biscuit, caramel, and honey toast; all wrapped in a velvety body and smooth finish thanks to a month-long cold maturation.
