Dakar -Le Cap is a collaboration with Kalao Brewing in Senegal, showcasing the future of sustainable brewing. This Extra Pale Ale is built on Fonio and Sorghum, two ancient African supergrains that have thrived for millennia in harsh climates.
Naturally drought-resistant and climate-resilient, these grains flourish in poor soils without irrigation or chemicals, supporting smallholder farmers and a regenerative future.
We’ve paired this crisp, light-bodied base with a vibrant dry-hop of UK Jester and Harlequin. Expect a refreshing, dry finish with bright notes of tropical fruit and summer berries.
