The flagship Bordeaux blend is set to be a classic. This is a wine to star at the table where the food should play the supporting role – rare roast beef or kudu fillet are excellent pairings.
The blend is made up of 49% cabernet sauvignon, 25% merlot, 13.5% petit verdot, 12% cabernet franc, and 0.5% malbec.
