Wolftrap Red

Wolftrap Red is Boekenhoutskloof's playful tribute to a mysterious piece of farm history - they found an old wolf trap on their property, but no evidence of wolves has ever been found in the area!
It's a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a dash of Viognier, basically a South African take on a classic Rhône Valley recipe. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Swartland, with small berries from dry land vines that give it some serious intensity.
