Springfield Whole Berry Cabernet 2022

Springfield Whole Berry Cabernet is their "let's do this the old-school way" red wine. The whole thing is basically about keeping the grapes intact during fermentation instead of crushing them up - hence the "whole berry" name.
The result is a velvety wine with softer tannins and classical varietal characteristics with minimal intervention, maximum character. The kind of wine that pairs well with red meats and medium to mature cheeses.
