Soul Barrel Lager Of Origin 330ml (12-case)

Lager of Origin is our latest effort to elevate lagers back to their original elegance and complexity. Historically, lagers were rustic, regional beers that featured characteristics of the local agriculture. This Kellerbier takes our use of local ingredients to a new level. Every ingredient is 100% South African: Caledon barley we malted in our cellar, local South African hops grown in George, pure Simonsberg Mountain water and an heirloom South African lager yeast strain. It has flavours of grain, toast, wild flowers and a crisp finish that highlights the special flavours of lager yeast. This beer highlights the ambition of local beer and is Proudly South African.
