The Aperol Spritz is a bubbly orange beauty. It is the drink equivalent of a Italian vacation - even if you're just sitting on your back porch.
It's wonderfully simple: just splash some Aperol (that gorgeous bitter-orange liqueur) with Prosecco and a little soda water over ice. Pop in an orange slice and boom - you've got yourself a drink that looks like a gorgeous sunset and tastes like summer decided to get fizzy.
