Steenberg The Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc 2022 (750ml)

The Black Swan is Steenberg’s showstopper Sauvignon Blanc – vibrant, aromatic, and full of personality. In the glass it’s pale and bright, with fresh, zesty aromas of lime, passion fruit, and orange blossom, along with a hint of grassy fynbos and even a touch of flint.
On the palate, it’s crisp and lively but also smooth, bursting with flavours of citrus, guava, and tropical fruit. There’s a lovely mineral edge and a refreshing acidity that keeps everything in balance, leading to a long, elegant finish.
