Springfield Special Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc 2025

The Special Cuvée gets its name from its unique production method - it's a blend achieved by two pickings, one earlier in the harvest and another slightly later.  The result is this wine that tastes like passion fruit had a party with gooseberries and invited some grassy, mineral notes to join in. It's got that sweet spot between being crisp and zippy like French wines but still having those juicy tropical flavors
