Hyde No.3 Bourbon Cask 6YO Irish Whiskey (750ml)

Hyde No.3 is a 6yo triple-distilled, single grain Irish whiskey matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. As is common nowadays for several Irish whiskey brands, Hyde do not have their own distillery, but source their whiskey from other Irish producers (in this case, Cooley). Only 5,000 bottles produced, bottled in February 2016. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%.
