Deep South Distillery Premium White Rum (750ml)

This exceptional aromatic white rum is made from first grade molasses carefully fermented with selected yeasts and twice distilled to create a spirit of creamy smoothness and characteristic potstill rum flavours and aromas. Warm toffee and caramel notes on the nose prepare the palate for delicious subtle flavours of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of tropical fruits. The smooth creamy mouth-feel is underpinned by just a hint of smoky pepperiness on the finish.  Unlike many white rums, this rum can be enjoyed neat.   Sublime as a base for all your favourite white rum cocktails such as the caipirinha, daiquiri or mojito.
