The prestigious General Smuts Trophy awarded to the best single wine of a specific year in South Africa is a testimony to our great reds. Winning the trophy motivated me to craft this extremely limited release wine. Pick of the crop fruit, minimal interference from technology and mechanization and the best French oak barrel for maturation.
