Barista Black Pinotage 2022 (6-case)

Grapes for the 2020 Barista Black were sourced from the best vineyards in the Western Cape. The wine was fermented in a combination of stainless steel & concrete tanks with two gentle pump overs a day. It was then matured in oak for 16 months with 20% of the wine aged in first-fill French barriques. Plums, red currants and baking spice intermingle beautifully on the nose. The palate has a juicy fruit core with velvety tannins and oak complexity. The finish is long, smooth and pleasantly dry.
