Pierre Jourdan Tranquille (750ml)

Pierre Jourdan Tranquille is basically what happens when champagne-style grapes decide to skip the bubbles and just chill out instead. It's made by Haute Cabrière in Franschhoek, and it's their laid-back version of their famous bubbly.
The wine is mostly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay thrown in, which gives it this pretty salmon-pink color. You'll get tropical fruit, red berries and lime on the nose, which follow through perfectly on the palate
