On the palate, the peach and green apple flavours are framed by refreshing acidity, smooth minerality and a full-bodied mouthfeel. Made from grapes grown on dry-farmed bush-vines, this wine is made using free-run juice, resulting in an intense and pure fruit profile. Pairs well with poultry, shellfish & vegetable dishes.
