Buitenverwachting Pioneer Chenin Blanc (750ml)

100% bushvine Chenin Blanc (4 year old vines) from Clovelly and Tukura (dark) soils. Skin contact for 12 hours. Spontaneous fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks, basket-pressed into barrels. Matured in barrels for 9 months. Harvested 25 February 2021, bottled end November 2021. 
 
Alcohol 13.92%. Residual sugar 2.2 g/l. Total acidity 6.2 g/l. pH 3.31 g/l. Total SO2 127 ppm.
 
Sold as a single 750ml bottle.
