Buitenverwachting translates as “beyond expectation,” and so they have named this Sauvignon Blanc “Beyond.” This is a refined, mineral-tinged white packed with notes of passion fruit, melon, kiwi and lime backed by a pronounced herbal and mineral edge. It displays an elegance typical of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc.
